Within a week, I send you a short written report — not a slide deck, not a 50-page document. Just a clear 2–3 page plan listing your top automation opportunities, ranked by how much time they'd save and how practical they are to build. Each one comes with a plain-English description and a fixed-price quote.
When you're done reading it, you'll have a clear starting point, an honest sense of what things cost, and a realistic picture of how much time you could redirect toward customers and growth.
